R Legacy Realty LLC and R' Legacy Academy ("R Legacy," "we," "our," or "us") are committed to protecting the privacy and security of client, partnerters customer and student information. We comply with applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Student Online Personal Protection Act (SOPPA), and Chicago Public Schools (CPS) data privacy requirements.
PURPOSE
This Privacy Policy explains how student information is collected, used, protected, retained, and disclosed when R Legacy Realty LLC and R' Legacy Academy provide educational programming, career readiness services, entrepreneurship training, real estate education, mentoring, and youth development services.
STUDENT DATA COLLECTED
R Legacy collects only the student information necessary to provide contracted educational services and program reporting.

No additional student data is collected unless specifically authorized by law, parent/guardian consent, or a written agreement with the contracting agency.
